Very dissapointed

I depend on having power to change gears as a handcyclist. Archer finally agreed to a warranty exchange sending the new system. Down side I had originally bought the system with 2 sets of batteries - they only sent one. It does not last 30 hours and definitely not 3 months of standby. I was so happy with the original system apart from not working after less thats 500km of riding. . Not replacing like for like was disappointing..
